VICTORIAN PARLOR

Room Size: 36’lx14’W (504 sq. ft.)

Seating:                       30 (with head table and chairs)
                                       50 (with head table and chairs)
                                       50 (with head table and no chairs)

The following prices are based on rental for 4 hours.

OPTION 1: VICTORIAN PARLOR – BASIC ROOM PACKAGE ~ (includes tables with linens and chairs)

                A.        Under 22 people                        $31.00 + tax = $32.55 (day)
                                                (6 tables and 22 chairs)           $57.00 + tax = $59.85 (night)

                B.        Between 23-30 people
                                                (8 tables and 30 chairs)           $42.00 + tax = $44.10 (day)
                                                  or up to 50 people                   $68.00 + tax = $71.40 (night)
                                                 (50 chairs and head table)

OPTION 2: VICTORIAN PARLOR – EXECUTIVE ROOM PACKAGE

(Includes tables with linen and chairs, water pitcher with glasses, coffeepot with cups (coffee not provided), AV Equipment, and Presentation aids.)

A. Under 22 people $52.00 + tax = $54.60 (day)
(6 tables and 22 chairs) $78.00 + tax = $81.90 (night)

            B.        Between 23-30 people
                        (8 tables and 30 chairs)        $68.00 + tax = $71.40 (day)
                          or up to 50 people                 $94.00 + tax = $98.70 (night)
                         (50 chairs and head table)

OPTION 3: ADDITIONAL MEETING ROOMS

NOTE: Victorian Parlor must be rented first, before renting additional rooms. These rooms are only available after the normal hours the museum is open to the public.

A. Hallway (Downstairs) $11.00 + tax = $11.55 (day or night)
(Includes two tables with linens)

B. Each additional table $11.00 + tax = $11.55
(with linens)

            C.        Small Parlor                                $31.00 + tax = $32.55
                        (AV Room or Big Stone Gap Photo Room)
                        (Includes 1 table with linens and 6-8 chairs)

            D.          Big Stone Gap
                           Development Room             $41.00 + tax = $43.05
                         (Includes 1 table with linens and 6-8 chairs)

E. Additional Hours $5.00 + tax = $5.25

F. Exceeding Approved Hours $20.00 + tax = $21.95
