The
Southwest Virginia Museum offers museum outreach programs. All
programs offer hands-on activities and a high standard of
learning.
The
Southwest Virginia Museum has created an array of educational
programming designed to stimulate your interests in the field of
Cultural History. The informal education approach
promotes "learning through doing" which allows students
to explore the basics of historical principles in a fun and
engaging environment outside of the classroom.
Advance
reservations are required for outreach programs. Dates fill up quickly, so schedule your visit as
